Hong Kong InnoEX 2026:Wintec Dynamics Unveils Dual-Module Breakthroughs to Accelerate Real-World Deployment of Embodied AI Robots

Solving the Key Barriers Between Concept and Commercialization
Apr 23rd,2026 2 Views

From April 13 to 16, 2026, the Hong Kong International Innovation & Technology Expo (InnoEX) was grandly held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre under the theme “Innovate • Automate • Elevate.” As a flagship event of Hong Kong’s International Innovation and Technology Business Week, the exhibition brought together cutting-edge innovations from around the world, with embodied AI robotics emerging as one of the most closely watched sectors.

Among the standout participants was Wintec Dynamics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., selected as one of Guangdong Province’s four featured robotics enterprises. The company showcased two flagship technologies: the ultra-high-precision flexible robot “Sprite” and its heavy-duty cycloidal module platform. Backed by full-stack in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities, Wintec directly addressed three of the industry’s most persistent challenges: insufficient payload, joint overheating, and limited precision—demonstrating China’s growing leadership in core embodied robotics technologies.

Wintec Dynamics has built deep expertise in the R&D and manufacturing of integrated rotary modules for embodied AI robots. Guided by its philosophy of “Targeted Innovation, Practical Solutions,” the company has established a fully self-developed and self-manufactured 0-to-1 industrial chain, forming two core product matrices: heavy-load modules and ultra-high-precision modules. These technologies are designed to meet real industrial demands and provide critical infrastructure for the next generation of intelligent robots.

From “Hercules” to “Sprite”: A New Leap Forward

At last year’s InnoEX, held during a period of heightened global trade pressure and tariff uncertainty, Wintec made its debut with the powerful “Hercules” robot platform. Its live demonstration—lifting 15 kilograms with a single arm—captured widespread attention.Powered by Wintec’s innovative cycloidal pinwheel module, Hercules directly tackled one of the industry’s core pain points: joint overheating and insufficient torque. The technology effectively solved long-standing issues of unstable operation and inadequate load capacity found in conventional robotic joints, significantly boosting market confidence after receiving broad media coverage.

Later that year, in September, Hercules was again recognized by Guangdong Province and selected among the region’s top robotics enterprises, going on to showcase at the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS) Precision Robotics for the 3C Manufacturing Era

This year, as competition intensifies in the race to commercialize humanoid robotics, Wintec returned to the same stage with another breakthrough demonstration. Its ultra-high-precision robot “Sprite” performed an elegant dance routine before flawlessly completing the assembly of an M2.5  micro screw—a task requiring micron-level accuracy.

he live demonstration highlighted Sprite’s extraordinary precision capabilities. Equipped with Wintec’s advanced micro harmonic module technology, the robot achieves positioning accuracy of ±0.005°, directly solving another major industry bottleneck: insufficient precision in 3C manufacturing applications.

This breakthrough fills a critical technology gap in precision assembly, miniature component inspection, and other high-value production scenarios across the 3C sector (computers, communications, and consumer electronics), providing manufacturers with a next-generation solution for high-precision production demands.

Meeting the Urgent Need for Smarter Manufacturing

Today’s 3C manufacturing industry faces mounting pressure from rapid product iteration cycles, shorter product lifespans, and growing demand for multi-variety, small-batch production. Traditional manufacturing models are increasingly constrained by limitations in flexibility, precision, and cost efficiency.

As a result, the need for intelligent, adaptive, and highly precise automation has never been greater. This is precisely where Wintec’s Sprite platform is positioned to lead. By introducing lightweight intelligent robots with micron-level accuracy into the production line, manufacturers can finally automate the “last 10 meters” of delicate operations—unlocking a major leap in productivity  and manufacturing quality.

Building the Future of Embodied Robotics

With nearly three decades of technical expertise and continuous innovation, Wintec Dynamics has grown into a leading force in core components for embodied AI robotics.

The company’s latest exhibition lineup demonstrates a highly complementary product strategy:

Sprite – designed for precision tasks such as assembly, inspection, and material handling in 3C production lines.

Hercules – engineered for high-payload industrial applications requiring strength and stability.

Together, these two module systems enable embodied AI robots to cover payload scenarios of up to 50 kilograms, marking a major milestone in the development of digital smart factories.

More importantly, the breakthrough provides manufacturers with an efficient pathway toward flexible, intelligent transformation—helping overcome critical component bottlenecks and accelerating the shift of world’s embodied robotics industry from concept to real-world productivity and high-quality growth.
