We are a long-established company, founded in 1993 by 50-year-old Shigeo Watanabe. Our Shenzhen factory opened in 1996, responding to the Chinese government's progressive reform policy encouraging companies to explore R&D in the manufacturing sector. We supply core components for copiers and printers, including high-precision rollers, to Ricoh and Canon. Our business practices foster a proactive and collaborative approach, leveraging the skills and capabilities of all employees to develop, test, and produce cutting-edge robotic joint modules for state-of-the-art products.

Under the leadership of motor expert Mr. Yoichi Hasebe, we began developing and producing robotic modules in 2019. Combining traditional machining techniques with advances in precision technology enables Wakabayashi to produce the industry's highest-quality magnetic encoder disc assemblies, zero-energy holding brakes, gear motors, and integrated joint modules. These components are crucial for integration into a variety of robotic applications.
